Lace winter shawl

Do you like shawls? I love them – summer, winter, all of them. Thus, today I am sharing one of the projects I’ve been working on lately – a lace winter shawl.

It all started with the yarn. As usual for me. I fell in love from the first sight. It’s wonderful yarn, a wool and acrylic blend (50% wool and 50% acrylic).  It is knitted easy and it’s suitable for bigger needles. You can knit a lot of different garments with it.

I found the model in internet. If you want to knit something like this also, Ravelry is a great source of models and inspiration. This is a fast and easy project for the long evening at home.
